My biggest tip is to just trust the process because it does work. If you’re doing it properly - taking the medication and the spray - that’s when it’s going to work. If you’re just picking and choosing when to take it then you won’t get the same results. But that’s my biggest tip - trust the process.
For me, my journey with hair loss treatment has been about being patient. When you first start, you don’t notice that much and then you notice the shedding, and it will be two or three months before you start noticing the difference.
