Numan: User Generated Content Licence (the “Licence”)
By replying with the hashtag #NumanPost, you (“you” or “your”) are granting Vir Health Limited, trading as Numan (“Numan”) and its marketing agencies, an unrestricted, sublicensable, assignable, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to, use, share, modify, alter and repost publicly, in whole or in part, or in combination with any other material, your photo, text, caption, copy, social media username, real name, voice, image, likeness, persona, descriptions of you, graphics, audio, video, location information, comments and other materials relating to your social media post (the “Content”), on Numan’s social media channels for the purposes of Numan’s marketing, promotional, advertising and other consumer-related activities.
In consideration of granting Numan the Licence, you will receive a discount code, the amount of which will be determined at Numan’s sole discretion, which is valid on a single purchase from the Numan website.
You waive all rights, including but not limited to, any interest in the copyright of the Content that you may have, and you release Numan from, and hold Numan harmless from, any claim, whether now known or unknown, relating to the use and exploitation of the Content.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not a minor; (ii) consenting to this License will not cause any conflict with any contract by which you are bound; and (iii) that you have full power and authority to consent to this License and the power and authority to grant the rights to the Content contained within this Licence.
You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership or other rights in any proprietary information and materials of Numan by consenting to this Licence.
All personal data processed in connection with the Licence is subject to the Numan Privacy Policy.
This Licence shall be governed by English law.
Numan reserves the right to alter this Licence without advance notice by posting a revised Licence on the Numan website. Accordingly, you should review the Licence each time you grant permission or authorization to feature your Content.
