Dr Leah Gorodi is a GP with a specialist background in Lifestyle Medicine and health prevention. At Numan she is our in-house clinician offering consultations, but also contributes as an advisor on the development of new services focused on holistic wellbeing within the company. Leah also works as an NHS GP at a busy practice in London. In 2019 she became one of the few doctors in the UK to obtain a Diploma with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. This has given her unique insight into areas of nutrition, sleep, exercise and mental wellbeing. She is passionate about empowering people to take control of their own health, taking a ‘whole person’ approach to both treating and preventing health problems.
