We’ve made changing your upcoming delivery date easier

We understand how important it is for you to have the flexibility to change your treatment delivery date. Your feedback has been instrumental in guiding us through a comprehensive revamp of this feature. 

This update is tailor-made for you. It aims to put you firmly in control of your treatment delivery schedule ensuring that your treatment adapts seamlessly to your needs.

Here's what's new:

  • Goodbye dispatch dates, hello more informative (estimated) delivery dates.

  • You can now pull your orders forward by up to 14 days for weight loss treatments, and up to 28 days for most other treatments.

  • Need more time? Easily postpone your next delivery - and the associated payment - using the new calendar interface.

How to change your delivery date 

We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to access and use the new tool.  

App

  1. If you’re a weight loss patient, simply open the app

  2. Go to the treatment section

  3. Scroll down until you see the ‘Change delivery date’ button

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

  5. Select your desired delivery date

  6. Confirm your change

Web 

  1. Ensure you’re logged into your Numan account

  2. Simply go to your list of treatments within your account dashboard

  3. Select the treatment you wish to amend

  4. Scroll down until you see the ‘Change delivery date’ button

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

  6. Select your desired delivery date

  7. Confirm your change
