March is National Bed Month, a time to reflect on the importance of sleep, which is something that many of us sacrifice in the name of productivity, social life, or just one more episode of our favourite show. But while much of the sleep conversation focuses on bedtime routines and blue light exposure, what we eat plays a surprisingly powerful role in how well we rest.
