Can you describe the emotional or psychological effects of PE before you sought treatment?

I endured a great deal of frustration. It always made having sex a much more tense experience than it should be since I would be trying so hard for it not to be over too quickly. What advice would you give to someone feeling hesitant or embarrassed about seeking help for PE?

My advice is to bite the bullet and get help if you need it. Looking back, I’m frustrated that I left it so long to get help and get it sorted. My life is so much better now that it seems silly to have wasted so much time not being satisfied. The service is accessible and easily takes away the embarrassment factor.
